Electronic Claims Processing

Our systems are fully computerized and our proprietary drawback software is programmed to claim 100% of any eligible drawback. Any minimum levels are established at the claimant’s discretion only. We continually analyze incoming data to discover any new or additional drawback opportunities. Our company also holds periodic meetings to review the drawback program with the claimant, informing the claimant of outlets for expansion into other product lines, vendor-sourced materials and products and of corporate changes like mergers and acquisitions. All drawback software is written by our in-house programming staff and is individualized for each client’s specific needs. We also have the capability to interface with our clients’ software and to use programs such as Excel and Access where needed.
